The Wishart Norris Henninger & Pittman Charitable Foundation was created to benefit charitable and civic organizations that have a strong presence in Alamance and Mecklenburg Counties. The Foundation’s Board of Directors consists of eight employees of the firm and has divisions in both our Burlington and Charlotte offices.

The Foundation was developed through the efforts of attorneys Nathan Adams, Charlie Brown, Gary Smith, and Derek Steed. To encourage the broadest spectrum of participation, no member of the firm’s Board of Directors may serve as an officer or member of the Foundation Board.

The Foundation Board consists of an equal number of attorneys and staff members to ensure adequate representation of all employees.
